Regular Baja 1000 competitor Ken Kosiorek sparks an International incident over a piss in the park.

Upon learning that immunity would be provided if he held the paperwork has inspired Ken to seek the support of the San Diego archdiocese in this horrible misadventure of justice which has over-reached the Canon Law and its immunity in our community. The world was alerted to this blatant error of secular authorities via the following email.

Just Got a Ticket from a San Diego California State Parks Ranger In the mountains by Julian, CA because I rode my Dirt Bike Off Road in the Bushes to take a leak.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!! The world is going to END..

The Ranger asked me if I had any weapons. I said "NO" but "I am a Molested Catholic" He looked at me like I was NUTS. So I asked him what this situation would evolve into. He said He would give me a ticket.

Good, Make sure YOU WRITE "MOLESTED CATHOLIC" on the Ticket since I am one.

Another point of silence and a strange look at me.

I asked the Rangers (Another one showed up to help number one) If I had Diplomatic Immunity Paperwork would they continue with a TICKET?????

Ranger Answered "NO TICKET WOULD BE GIVEN OUT, HAVE A NICE DAY" we would let you go. DID YOU GET THAT, THEY WOULD NOT WRITE A TICKET, If I had Diplomatic Immunity Paperwork, (Off to the San Diego Diocese to get that on Monday) Ahhhhhhhhhh So the Vatican's workers have A free pass to create Crimes under CANON LAW? They both told me they did not know what CANON LAW WAS and where very inquisitive about it. I said we will have the JUDGE tell the Courtroom what CANON LAW IS and I claim CANON LAW under this charge to be dismissed.

I had these to rangers very confused!!!!!! The Case will go the The ELCAJON, California ZIP CODE 92020 Courthouse

Should get very Political when I show up in Court with My T-SHIRT on and tell the Judge to explain Molested Catholic Diplomatic immunity and Canon Law to ALL.

I thanked both of them for this day in history that will open the DOORS and shed Light on the Molested Catholic in the Near Future courtroom.

With the recent: statement by Australian Bishop Peter Elliott, head of Melbourne's John Paul II Institute for Marriage and the Family clearly told mass-goers in Bendigo Cathedral on Sunday that the secular authorities do not have a Constitutional right to be governed other than via the catholic church it is only natural that Catholics should seek the support and the protection of the church when secular authorities over-step the boundaries.

Bishop Elliott went on to add that "Resurgent aggressive secularism resorts to killing as it strives to engineer,direct and control not only society, but your life and mine." The Bishop said

said bishops respected the boundaries of government and religion, but were "bound as pastors to help people form their consciences. The kingdom of Christ compels us to speak and not be silenced."

While the bishops statement has yet to be fully tested by those under the spell of aggressive secularism this prince of the church has directly called for the application of Canon law over aggressive secularism and it is to be hoped that Ken is able to obtain immunity through the archdiocese of San Diego.

We all need to be vigilant and we all need to stand against secularism as their "warped practice of eugenics is rising from its Nazi tomb" in Australia. Undoubtedly this is now spreading across the rest of the world with this incident clearly showing itself to be the beginning of the downfall of society which is something the church and its princes have upheld over the millennia.

Bishop Elliott along with Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith, the religious figure of the Sri Lankan Catholic Church, seems to be becoming something of a joke ever since he was appointed a cardinal by the Pope. He appears to have a assumed a new arrogance and is now running about trying to tell everyone else what they should be doing when there are a myriad of issues in the Catholic Church that need to be put right first.

Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith needs to decide whether he is a politician or a man of the cloth.

The Cardinal's latest bombastic statements to the Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission (LLRC) seemed to be steeped in ignorance and are deeply prejudicial to ethnic harmony and peace building in Sri Lanka. Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith appears to believe that certain parts of Sri Lanka belong exclusively to particular ethnic groups - in this case, he appears to believe that the north and east of Sri Lanka belong exclusively to Tamils and thus should not be open to non-Tamils. He chides the return of non-Tamils to parts of their country which have been out of bounds for more than 25 years.

Such views are appalling and should be roundly condemned by all right thinking Sri Lankans. All Sri Lankan citizens, regardless of their ethnic origin or religious beliefs should be allowed free movement throughout the country. The north of the country is now finally open to Sri Lankans both of Tamil and non-Tamil origin and it should stay that way. People to people contact can only help the cause of peace and harmony.

Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith's opposition to the opening up of the north is both curious and duncish. Is Sri Lanka's Catholic Church afraid of losing its domination in Northern Sri Lanka, where for many years it maintained a close relationship with the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), a terrorist group banned in many contries? Is Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith afraid than non-Catholics will return to the north and rebuild their places of worship and thus threaten his Christian missionary activities? Is he afraid of religious pluralism and ethnic integration? Is he afraid of Muslim refugees returning to their land of origin?

During the war which ravaged the country and led to the deaths of thousands of lives, Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith never uttered a word against all those Catholic priests in northern Sri Lanka who acted as agents of the LTTE and aided in the abduction of Tamil children to be used as child soldiers. He did not utter a word about Catholic churches being used as store houses for arms and ammunition and as safe houses for suicide bombers. He has been blind and dumb to the rampant sexual and physical abuse of Sri Lankan children taking place at the hands of predatory priests in Catholic schools and seminaries across the country. Parishioners who want justice for their abused children are threatened with excommunication and the Church's hired thugs. Under Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith's watch none of the rogue Catholic priests have been brought to justice, but yet he sits in sharp judgement over those outside his church.

Should we all be grateful for the clarity and peace loving nature of the Catholic hierarchy or should we all cringe in horror and disgust at the failed thinking of these affected men or is it just a case of a state of illness, something incurable and uncontrollable, all the more so because it is made possible and in fact encouraged by their power and the immense wealth at their disposal.
