Victims can have a single location where information from each Charity, religion or other institute can register their statements and policies and can be verified for the visitor to ensure that they are getting the correct information.Provide an online reporting system whose first point of call is with qualified councilors following defined procedures with appropriate backup and support. (information on this procedure to be laid out in steps with full disclosure of the procedures and together with information on the purpose of gathering the information, where it is stored, who has access, what can it be used for, where can it be used together with the ability to provide access to any degree of their information or data.To set in place via a secured online voting system to provide an opportunity for victims to indicate their choice in regards the manner in which they are treated.Systems such as these provide a safe and healthy outlet for thosewishing to feel that they are no longer powerless and in fact thatthere is a genuine levelling of power between abuser and victim. and helps to move the victim from the individual who has to prove their case to one where they are afforded assistance.(Catholic does not seperate this - they have one continuous process which never moves into support mode.
