 | This is a copy only recently received of an initial set of amendments - the following is a rough guide as to how I would have submitted this given the opportunity through proper and professional representation. If I were to find myself able to present the audio of the event I believe should be sufficient. That I am able to provide a more detailed and more accurate description of the events with or without the benefit of the recording could only be substantiated or denied through the presentation of that recording if I am permitted the opportunity to make it available or through the recording made by the Police officers as referred to in regards the provision of evidence and also referenced by Mr Macdonald as being something which is determined through the whim of some police officer of the QLD Police service on the day. Similar references were also made in a similar way in regards the Magistrate and the Magistrates Court by Mr Macdonald. I would like to note that despite the opinion of Mr Brock Harm when he made reference to the removal of at least one of the charges of obstruction in that it would fail and should be removed if the police accepted the removal of a section - that the removal of this section was agreed to by the Police is evidenced in the accompanying images. The fact that I have been forced to take steps which I consider to be extreme for such a simple matter as a traffic offence as a means of pointing some of these issues out to Mr Macdonald is something which demonstrates a total lack of reason and a complete abandonment of the responsibilities and obligations he has towards me and towards the entire justice system of this country. Totally unacceptable.  |
