\r\nDuty of care\r\n\r\nI believe that QLD Health has a duty of care to investigate the matter of misdiagnoses and the subsequent outcomes of that misdiagnosis and abuses of authority enacted against me.
\r\n
\r\nSome issues resulting from misdiagnosis and subsequent mistreatment:
\r\n
\r\nRefusal of treating psychiatrist to acknowledge a history of childhood sexual abuse and PTSD.
\r\n
\r\nRefusal of treating psychiatrist to acknowledge a possible misdiagnosis reported through my GP.
\r\n
\r\nRefusal of treating psychiatrist to acknowledge a possible misdiagnosis reported through specialist psychologist.
\r\n
\r\nThreats to extend my time in the facility and to enforce other medications on me whilst I continued to make remarks, comments or to speak of sexual abuse by clergy and the past relationship of my mother-in-law with the current bishop of Toowoomba - treating psychiatrist, case manager.
\r\n
\r\nThreats to isolate, restrain and to enforce other medications on me whilst I continued to make remarks, comments or to speak of sexual abuse by clergy and the past relationship of my mother-in-law with the current bishop of Toowoomba - treating psychiatrist.
\r\n
\r\nForced injections of incorrect medications.
\r\n
\r\nFailure to recognise and treat side effects of incorrect medications.
\r\n
\r\nRefusal of treating psychiatrist to obtain history or to communicate with GP, treating specialist counselor or psychiatrist.
\r\n
\r\nRefusal to document reported side effects.
\r\n
\r\nRefusal to document report of life threatening side effects.
\r\n
\r\nThreatening to falsely report a refusal to accept medication.
\r\n
\r\nFalsely reporting a refusal to accept medication.
\r\n
\r\nRepeatedly displayed inability of case manager to delineate between health issues and religious issues.
\r\n
\r\nRepeated misuse of the authority of QLD Health to enforce a religious stance or position in the stead of proper medical practices.
\r\n
\r\nThreat by case manager to issue warrant for my arrest based on the issue of my speaking of the Bishop of Toowoomba.
\r\n
\r\nIssuing a false warrant for arrest.
\r\n
\r\nFinancial costs incurred.
\r\n
\r\nPsychological harm and damage.
\r\n
\r\nPsychological distress and harm to my son.
\r\n
