Duty of care 

 

I believe that QLD Health has a duty of care to investigate the matter of misdiagnoses and the subsequent outcomes of that misdiagnosis and abuses of authority enacted against me.

Some issues resulting from misdiagnosis and subsequent mistreatment:

Refusal of treating psychiatrist to acknowledge a history of childhood sexual abuse and PTSD.

Refusal of treating psychiatrist to acknowledge a possible misdiagnosis reported through my GP.

Refusal of treating psychiatrist to acknowledge a possible misdiagnosis reported through specialist psychologist.

Threats to extend my time in the facility and to enforce other medications on me whilst I continued to make remarks, comments or to speak of sexual abuse by clergy and the past relationship of my mother-in-law with the current bishop of Toowoomba - treating psychiatrist, case manager.

Threats to isolate, restrain and to enforce other medications on me whilst I continued to make remarks, comments or to speak of sexual abuse by clergy and the past relationship of my mother-in-law with the current bishop of Toowoomba - treating psychiatrist.

Forced injections of incorrect medications.

Failure to recognise and treat side effects of incorrect medications.

Refusal of treating psychiatrist to obtain history or to communicate with GP, treating specialist counselor or psychiatrist.

Refusal to document reported side effects.

Refusal to document report of life threatening side effects.

Threatening to falsely report a refusal to accept medication.

Falsely reporting a refusal to accept medication.

Repeatedly displayed inability of case manager to delineate between health issues and religious issues.

Repeated misuse of the authority of QLD Health to enforce a religious stance or position in the stead of proper medical practices.

Threat by case manager to issue warrant for my arrest based on the issue of my speaking of the Bishop of Toowoomba.

Issuing a false warrant for arrest.

Financial costs incurred.

Psychological harm and damage.

Psychological distress and harm to my son.
