Bob Brown: John, welcome your email. Firstly as to your breach of privacy concern it is of no problem of mine whatsoever however I will register your concern with them.

 

Bob Brown: Let me start this very short email exchange to give you my reasons. It is in some small degree possible that you may have suffered sexually from the clergy. I am not blind or stupid enough to know it did and still does happen however I find 95% of content on your site regarding you as a complete fabrication and to be honest this is what has pissed my off.

Do you think for 1 moment that such a thing as this would be 'hushed' up over the 6 year period you claim you were abused. Give me a break. I got busted from Dad for selling condoms when I was 14 for god sake.

Bob Brown: Have listened now (unable to previously as password protected) however still gives me no proof and as for plaque it is still full of holes I want to be able to say to my siblings,  (tell me which of my siblings, apart from Jimmy who cannot speak for himself, are involved in this abuse so your claim can be verified) in particular to those who have been subjected to rape at the hands of in each case a priest and to those others of my family who suffered the torments which can only be administered through the use of unbridled power or mania via members of the congregation and nuns that their experiences will be acknowledged as well if they choose that and that their pain was caused through the repeated actions of abuse and the inactions of the church leadership and administration.

 
John Brown: You failed to understand the workings - your "confidentiality" was breached within a few hours of your emailing Brian Lucas and again they showed no concern for your privacy and contact details by forwarding them on to me -this is I believe is a breach by the "Independent Commissioner" -something you may wish to take with them up in time.

John Brown: Your reactive email will undoubtedly cause a great deal of anguish and distress to other members of the family as they will most likely be drawn into something they may not wish to be involved in - little concern from you for them Bob -  impacts on each of then I shall refer them to another TFYQA page you obviously missed - still you will have had your pound of flesh - the only question is "who's flesh you will actually get and how many of your brothers and sisters are you prepared to inflict this on in order to achieve that and yes that pound of flesh wont all come from me - each one of your siblings will contribute to that pound of flesh.

Bob Brown: If mum and dad knew why did they keep it quiet

Bob Brown: How/why did a 72 year old man pull down a 6 ft corrugated fence when all he had to do was walk past the church to step over a 2 ft fence

Bob Brown: How come we had an ambulance when we did not have a police car or taxi

Bob Brown: How come you were the only one to attend Herbs funeral

Bob Brown: As the school only had 2 rooms how come Ann and Helen don't remember your daily beating at school and at home after Herb was beaten to death

Bob Brown: By the way Herb died in St Vincent's hospital on Thursday22 March 1962 from complications from a bowel blockage. He was taken to Melb by Fr. Jack Hardy in his Volkswagen.

Bob Brown: How come myself, Ann & Helen don't remember being threatened with excommunication.

 

Bob Brown: If you like I can ask you many more questions to your allegations however lets see how good your story really is

 

Bob Brown: John as I said at the start this will be very short email exchange. If you were abused I will be more than happy to assist you in whatever you need however while your site contains the CRAP and LIES that it does I will do all in my power to expose your deceit and lies.

Bob,

Having had a few minutes to read your mail and a few minutes to get over
my own reaction to the intensity of your mail I propose the following
which will provide an open forum for me to answer your questions.

What I propose is this:

I will set up some pages (you are free to mirror these) or to run your
own copies.

The page would be along the following lines :- see

The "Position Statements" would be submitted and follow these principles
 for amendments or updates:
The initial position to stay and the new position statement to be placed
above the initial position statement, this is to be accompanied by an
explanation as to why a certain aspect or position has been changed -
this explanation will remain on the page and be superseded in position
by any subsequent changes or repositioning based on the original and
subsequent Position Statements".

That is followed by  a Your Questions - My Answers & a My questions -
Your Answers.

Contributions from others may be linked to an individual page for each
who chooses to make a comment or to add information.

Beyond that as an open and hopefully and desirably an equal and balanced
forum, anything I may say beyond that I believe I should cover in my
"Position Statements" unless you feel it is of importance with the
integrity of the method I propose.

I believe that this is a fair and reasonable proposition to make,
however I am not able to see that from your perspective so I am open to
any suggestions you may have which would improve the impartiality of
what I propose.

John don't bother to contact me again you are not worth it. You are full of

them." I ask some simple questions and you don't have the balls or the
credibility to answer them even after you invited me to ask the questions.
You are a fraud and I will make sure you do not receive a $ from your
bullshit claims. As I offered at the end of my email to you if you were
indeed abused I would help you however you obviously have no credibility in
this matter.
