Description:

Article originally prepared on : 20 July 2006

Mr. Peter O'Callaghan.

I am writing to request that you respond to communications recieved from
John [S] and [counselor name] in regards my situation.

Details and information has been sent to you many months ago as requested.

You have failed to respond to this communication in what I consider an
appropriate time frame.

Do you have the need for further information?

If so a response would be appropriate.

Peter I have a need to move on from this episode in my life and the
lengthy delays I am encountering in the communication process with you
is only extending and prolonging this aspect of my life.

I expected I should have been treated better than to be subjected to
your prolonged silence on this matter - perhaps a simple mail or letter
to inform of the progress is beyond your systems capability, however
that is what I am requesting here.
