According to a report on the Orangesite, Attorney Jeff Anderson, who has handled hundreds of clergy sexabuse cases in the US, has filed a motion asking Judge Mark Warpinski,a Catholic, to step aside in a molestation case filed against Fr DonaldBuzanowski and the Green Bay Catholic diocese.

The plaintiff is David Schauer. According to documents,Warpinski was ‘an agent of the diocese' at the same time Buzanowskiworked at Sts Peter and Paul Church, but didn't disclose this fact, orother close ties to Catholic officials, until after he'd made repeatedrulings that appear to favour the church over the victim. ‘Theseserious allegations of bias against this judge are troubling,' saidPeter Isely, a national board member with SNAP, the Survivors Networkof those Abused by Priests. ‘This brave victim deserves an objectiveprocess and has already suffered because the judge released informationabout confidential settlement discussions.'
