The limited reading you have done of the site and your comment does show a lack of uptake and understanding of the content and of the goals of the site.

Perhaps a listening to Listen to what I want or A plaque for George Pell may give you some indications as it seemed you missed those pages.

You failed to understand the workings - your "confidentiality" was breached within a few hours of your emailing Brian Lucas and again they showed no concern for your privacy and contact details by forwarding them on to me - this is I believe is a breach by the "Independent Commissioner" - something you may wish to take with them up in time.

Your reactive email will undoubtedly cause a great deal of anguish and distress to other members of the family as they will most likely be drawn into something they may not wish to be involved in - little concern from you for them Bob - as it impacts on each of then I shall refer them to another TFYQA page you obviously missed - still you will have had your pound of flesh - the only question is "who's flesh you will actually get and how many of your brothers and sisters are you prepared to inflict this on in order to achieve that and yes that pound of flesh wont all come from me - each one of your siblings will contribute to that pound of flesh.

If you wish to refute any of my claims you are more than welcome to mail me with those and I will do my best to answer them.

Let me start this very short email exchange (emphasis here appears to show an intent to what?) to give you my reasons. It is in some small degree (agrees there is a possibility - though only small ) possible that you may have  (your emphasis)  suffered sexually from the clergy. I am not blind or stupid enough to know it did and still does happen however I find 95% of content on your site regarding you as a complete fabrication and to be honest this is what has pissed my off  (Is it your perception of this as a fabrication or it it simply because it is me?)  .

My evidence is that I lived in the same house with the same brothers &sisters, mother & father as you did.  (Not entirely correct - much of my time I lived with Herbie and Maurie Kemp)  Do you think for 1 moment that such a thing as this would be ‘hushed' up  (to this point - yes )  over the 6 year period you claim you were abused  (incorrect reading of my claim - your assumption that my abuse ran over that 6 year period)  . Give me a break. I got busted from Dad for selling condoms when I was 14 for god sake  (excuse my humour - 1. I fail to see the relevance of the sale of condoms to this 2. It appears you were selling condoms for god - !!! )  .

Have listened now (unable to previously as password protected  (may have been getting this link/page confused with others as this has never been password protected)  ) however still gives me no proof and as for plaque it is still full of holes  (Show me the holes in the statement on the plaque - "On each occasion a Church fails to treat the many victims ofclergy abuse in the manner preached by that church, it performs an actof gross hypocrisy and discrimination." )    "I want to be able to say to my siblings,  (tell me which of my siblings, apart from Jimmy who cannot speak for himself, are involved in this abuse so your claim can be verified  (in time trhat will come)  ) in particular to those who have been subjected to rape at the hands of in each case a priest and to those others of my family who suffered the torments which can only be administered through the use of unbridled power or mania via members of the congregation and nuns that their experiences will be acknowledged as well if they choose that and that their pain was caused through the repeated actions of abuse and the inactions of the church leadership and administration."

Your email was forwarded to me by the ‘siblings'  (All of them?)  you sent it to so if the ‘pound of flesh' WILL come from you.  (difficult to understand this last statement)

I don't have a lot of time for bullshit stories  (appears to be coming from a predefined position here)  however as you have offered answer these questions.

How come you were abused over a 6 year period and no one apart from Herb knew.  (A reading of my statement will show that 1. your assumption that my abuse was over the 6 year period you put it down to. 2. During that period - despite the fact that the period you refer to is incorrect Herb Kemp was not the only one who knew.) 

If mum and dad knew why did they keep it quiet  (I am not able to answer this question unless mum and dad are seperated in this contenxt - mum knew and attempted to speak out through a number of people including herbie Kemp) 

How/why did a 72 year old man pull down a 6 ft corrugated fence when all he had to do was walk past the church to step over a 2 ft fence   (1. Where was the 2 ft fence? 2. It was not the fence - it was the gate, as to why he chose to do that - something I cannot answer) 

How come we had an ambulance when we did not have a police car or taxi  (something I cannot answer as these matters would have been something decided by people other than me and I have no ability to conject on that - the "police car" was usually the same vehicle the policeman owned I believe, the taxi - I think this may have been done via Laurence [do not recall last name - Tony Hutton's wife was Laurence/Lawrence's sister] and his father - aslo Jack Tosh or possibly Christies garage provided taxi services at those times.) 

How come you were the only one to attend Herbs funeral (I was not the only one - whether dad sought permission for others was not relevant to me at the time if that is what you are referring to here index.php?id=97 ) 

As the school only had 2 rooms how come Ann and Helen don't remember your daily beating at school and at home after Herb was beaten to death (Not sure why a school having only 2 rooms [in fact it was 2 classrooms - there were other rooms if you recall]. As to why they don't emember that would be something you should probably ask them.) 

By the way Herb died in St Vincent's hospital on Thursday22 March 1962 from complications from a bowel blockage. He was taken to Melb by Fr. Jack Hardy in his Volkswagen. (Jack Hardy [John Hardy] - perhaps you have him confused with another - not sure of his name - the priest I think you are referring to here is the one who was often drunk during his "performance" of the mass, I believe that o at least one occasion he had his shoes on the wrong feet because of this, also I believe he was the one an altar boy tied his shoe laces together as he was too drunk to do them up himself. - the other priest was the big man - balding - the whisky drinker. Apart from those differences the priest at yea at the time of Herbies death was one Desmond Cameron - a recent telephone conversation with him prompted his recollection of some of those events and a recollection of me throwing stones at him and a few other incidentals) 

How come myself, Ann & Helen don't remember being threatened with excommunication.  (That is something I am not able to answer for them, I was not aware of that threat being made in regards them individually or by name - a reading of that aspect from my reports may show more in that regard.) 

If you like I can ask you many more questions to your allegations however lets see how good your story really is  (I would like that) 

John as I said at the start this will be very short email exchange (Yes it appears that was your intention as mentioned above)  . If you were abused I will be more than happy to assist you in whatever you need  (I would like to take you up on that offer)  however while your site contains the CRAP and LIES that it does I will do all in my power to expose your deceit and lies. (That appears to be a matter of opinion)
