Per your warnings to some of your Duntroon associates today, beware the ides of march, (ANZAC related skeletons) you thought were safely buried, the fellow from the royal commission rang today, advising any at law child soldiers to make verbal and or written complaints re their military child abuse, hence below.

They are most fascinated with all the general officers, including a couple of particularized conservative appointed and protected commanders in chiefs, who are direct and or indirect perpetrators and or criminal accessories, because they looked the other way, they also agree that any person who witnessed and or became aware of any direct or indirect sexual abuse, touching to full penetration and or verbal suggestions and or arguable grooming, disguised as induction aka bastardization. Per our earlier discussions at the launch of this royal commission, arguably EVERY entrant to Duntroon, in principle, becomes either a victim and or witness and or an active and or inactive perpetrator, same applies to the navy Junior recruits and ALL the service apprentice establishments and all military establishments where at law non adults were sexually abused.

On this basis, is it a reasonable question, is any officer graduate and or failed graduate, a candidate for the royal commission barbecue? Consequently ANY one of these categories called, when asked,"were you a victim, accessory and or at law perpetrator" a denial = criminal perjury, when the usual royal commission trap is sprung, weren't you present and or aware of this criminal abuse? By their terms of reference does the Houston admission implicate every living CDF and service chief and every living defence minister who attempts to play dumb and or overtly protect their general officers? Those victims who do not want to come forward, arguably can be called in camera, to confirm abuses and the witness identified perpetrators. Presumably this will include the two media known now barristers.

All police force members when a royal commission is imposed on them, live in fear of the "mate" who has rolled over and set them up for the terrifying type question. "are you still beating your wife"? Aka assume that any royal commission question, the answer is already known, lie and you will go to jail. The perpetrator and or witness dilemma, do I roll over in camera or risk being called in public and treated as a hostile witness

In the alleged words of ex minister Hill to current minister Johnstone, "the bloody high command are and always have been a law unto themselves", may be about to be deservedly and belatedly overturned? Will the Bilderberg "interests" intervene to protect some of their unofficial ADF related disciples or discard them as expendable scapegoats?

I wonder if anyone actually realizes where this runaway royal commission will "inquire"?

The Honourable Justice Peter McClellan AM of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse is seeking submissions into sexual abuse of ADF child service persons as abuse victims and or witnesses and or accessories and or perpetrators and or awareness of events and their cover-up. Those victims who were bullied and or intimidated into out of court settlements with ADF non-disclosure caveats, may discover that the non-disclosure caveats are not relevant to the protection afforded by the royal commission.

At law all DART submissions are discoverable documents to the royal commission and perpetrators and accessories can be called for cross examination that DART will not do.
