Hi John
Just spoke to Dean Detective Thompson from regional command interviewed Dean this morning. They believe him.
I questioned Dean on keeping him protected he said Thompson said the royal commission will. Be responsible. For that. He's calling me back soon.

A man currently in jail wants to speak up after a horrific childhood of being trafficked by his mother at 5 years of age - she burned his face with acid as a child.
Trafficked for sex to many people including the names of many high rankingjudiciary and religious. He had previously been raped and beaten in jail for attempting to speak out - had both arms and legs broken - he continues to try to speak out and has the support of his wife. I have a copy of transcript of his first engagement with the Royal Commission - all the right words from thecommission people yet when he faced real danger after that meeting in thejail system the commission officer attempted to place the blame back on to him.
The commission has advertised widely asking people to come forward. The promotion has been targeted towards those attempting to speak out for the first time; when assistance was sought the Commission put the argument that Dean had not attempted to speak out previously as a bar against providing him with appropriate support and protection.
He was beaten (Thursday 10 July 2014) just days after providing information to the Royal Commission when an inmate found some of his writing about what he was disclosing to the Royal Commission. Dean was exploited and used by the Royal Commission, they gained an advantage in that they obtained the information that they were seeking and then abandoned him in a known life threatening situation.
I have a similar story myself where I now learn that due to some mysterious events/omissions/???? at the Royal Commission it "missed" what turns out to be a case of Australians travelling overseas to engage in the childsex trade < this is just one of many many issues I have documented.
My case is not important at this point as I have taken steps to prevent further travel by these people for the purposes of accessing children for their sexual gratification - Dean's case is important due tothe fact that he is soon (Tuesday, 16 July 2014) to have a parole hearing - he willeither go home to his wife or go to Long Bay (where he was previouslytortured and raped) where it is unlikely that he will be alive after a few weeks there which would remove him and his story from any furtherinvestigation - given the events that have taken place at the currentfaculty since his meeting with Royal Commission officers it is most likelythat he will be sent to Long Bay in contravention to internationaltreaties on torture. Staff at Silverwater have stated that they will oppose his release and have used their position to threaten blocking his release as a result of his interactions with the Royal Commission.

The Royal Commission expends a great deal of time and effort to protect its commissioners and staff from over exposure to the harmful effects of encounters with child abuse. The Royal Commission has expended a large sum of money advertising for people to come forward.
The Royal Commission does this for a reason. I am led to believe these reasons among other include the risk of habituation, trauma, nightmares andpsychological disorders which can result in psychological torture. It is quite evident that the Royal Commission is aware of the harm and damage simply being exposed to the truth of these types of circumstances and has expended millions of dollars affording protection to those who work for the Royal commission.
Based on statements made by the Chair and by counsel assisting at the hearings of the Royal Commission it is common knowledge that the Royal Commission is aware of the risks and dangers posed to both themselves and to others when disclosing information of the kind dealt with by the Royal Commission. It is incumbent on the Royal Commission to afford the same degree of safety to those it comes into contact with as it affords to its commissioners and those who work for the commission else it becomes obvious that there is some form of discrimination or exception that disadvantages those interviewed by the Royal Commission.
It is obvious that this omission leaves vulnerable people in a more vulnerable situation.
The Royal Commission has an obligation under international laws including laws which prohibit exposure to torture or threats of torture.
In the instance of its engagement with Mr Dean Thomas Chisholme Henry the Royal Commission failed in its obligation to extend the same protections to Mr Henry regardless of his circumstances. The actions and the lack of equality for Mr Henry has left him in a far worse situation than he was before he contacted the Royal Commission.
