There are no fences in regards this issue - just two sides. The way you deal with this email will hopefully tell you very quickly just where you stand and if you have any morals in regards the safety and the protection of women and children.

Why is it possible for an institution to continue when its hierarchyand its supporters and those who try to find a fence to sit on are openly aware of the implications and the results of incorporating the Decree Crimen Sollicitationis (see attached) into the Canon Law of the Catholic church, why is this the situation when all of us simply understand that religions are free to operate within our country so long as they abide by our laws. The only possible reason is that there are so many people like you who are sitting on nothing except your own fear, anger and impotence in the face of the constipation of the Catholic Church hierarchy and the legal parasites who defend the indefensible for a few dollars knowing full well that more and more children will be raped on each occasion they are successful.

It is comforting to know that deep regret and the good fortune to have the Pope as a church leader takes us all full circle when the words of Hitler and the Pope can be used in the one sentence and most people will attribute the references to the wrong people. Both operate with fraud and deception, both oversee rape, murder and genocide and a hatred of the Jews; other than that they both sound like rational people or is it the mind of the listener which has been poisoned. The Popes have been more successful than Hitler as he was not able to hold onto a country to ensure it never became a democracy and he only deluded his chosen people for a few years.

When an entire city which has been built on the rape of humanity and when it can be held in high esteem by the deluded who crave to give it more power I feel we should be able to have open season on rapists, their supporters, enablers and their defenders or should we name them publicly for the pox upon humanity that they obviously are? With so many deluded politicians (see ref Mike Horan below)

The Decree simply states that the sexual and other crimes of theCatholic clergy must be kept a secret. This is obviously against our lawas well as our notions of justice.

The linked document was re-enforced in 2001 when the following documentwas distributed globally to bishops of the Catholic church.

If our politicians and community leaders are serious about doingsomething for the people and their children it would provide itssubscribers with an opportunity to provide their opinion on this as itgoes to the heart of a great many of our social ills as well as thesafety and the protection of our children, their right to be protectedand our obligation to protect them.

Religion is often described as a "way of life" or a life stance.

Keeping secret the sexual abuse of children and adults facilitatesfurther sexual abuse of children and adults - no group, system orreligion should be permitted to operate in our communities while anyaspect of these "religiously" sanctioned crimes remain in existence.

No group, system or religion can call itself humane if it follows thisstyle and depth of deceit when it is carried out against the entirereligious community and subsequently the entire community of ourcountry. This is the most abhorrent and unacceptable way of life possible.

Followers of a religion or way of life who do not act against thiswithin their own religious setting simply aid and abet the continuationof these crimes.

Governments support these practices when they support, protect or tradeany such religion or way of life.

CONGREGATION FOR THE DOCTRINE OF THE FAITHLETTERsent from the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faithto Bishops of the entire Catholic Churchand other Ordinaries and Hierarchs having an interestREGARDING THE MORE SERIOUS OFFENSESreserved to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith

In order to fulfill the ecclesiastical law, which states in Article 52of the apostolic constitution on the Roman Curia, "[The Congregation forthe Doctrine of the Faith] examines delicts against faith and more gravedelicts both against morals and committed in the celebration of thesacraments which have been reported to it and, if necessary, proceeds todeclare or impose canonical sanctions according to the norm of common orproper law,"(1) it was necessary first to define the method ofproceeding in delicts against the faith: This was accomplished throughthe norms titled Agendi Ratio in Doctrinarum Examine, ratified andconfirmed by the supreme pontiff, Pope John Paul II, together withArticles 28-29 approved in forma specifica.(2)

At approximately the same time, the Congregation for the Doctrine of theFaith, through an ad hoc commission established, devoted itself to adiligent study of the canons on delicts both of the Code of Canon Lawand the Code of Canons of the Eastern Churches in order to determine"more grave delicts both against morals and in the celebration of thesacraments" and in order to make special procedural norms "to declare orimpose canonical sanctions," because the instruction CrimenSollicitationis, issued by the supreme sacred Congregation of the HolyOffice on March 16, 1962,(3) in force until now, was to be reviewed whenthe new canonical codes were promulgated.

Having carefully considered opinions and having made the appropriateconsultations, the work of the commission finally was completed. Thefathers of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith examined thecommission's work carefully and submitted to the supreme pontiffconclusions on the determination of more grave delicts and the manner ofproceeding to declare or impose sanctions, with the exclusive competencein this of the apostolic tribunal of this congregation remaining firm.All these things, approved by the supreme pontiff himself, wereconfirmed and promulgated by the apostolic letter given motu propriobeginning with the words Sacramentorum sanctitatis tutela.

The more grave delicts both in the celebration of the sacraments andagainst morals reserved to the Congregation for the Doctrine of theFaith are:-Delicts against the sanctity of the most august eucharistic sacrificeand the sacraments, namely:1. Taking or retaining the consecrated species for a sacrilegiouspurpose or throwing them away.(4)2. Attempting the liturgical action of the eucharistic sacrifice orsimulating the same.(5)3. Forbidden concelebration of the eucharistic sacrifice with ministersof ecclesial communities which do not have apostolic succession and donot recognize the sacramental dignity of priestly ordination.(6)4. Consecrating for a sacrilegious purpose one matter without the otherin the eucharistic celebration or even both outside a eucharisticcelebration.(7)

-Delicts against the sanctity of the sacrament of penance, namely:1. Absolution of an accomplice in sin against the Sixth Commandment ofthe Decalogue.(8)2. Solicitation in the act, on the occasion or under the pretext ofconfession, to sin against the Sixth Commandment of the Decalogue, if itis directed to sin with the confessor himself.(9)3. Direct violation of the sacramental seal.(10)

-A delict against morals, namely: the delict committed by a clericagainst the Sixth Commandment of the Decalogue with a minor below theage of 18 years.

Only these delicts, which are indicated above with their definition, arereserved to the apostolic tribunal of the Congregation for the Doctrineof the Faith.

As often as an ordinary or hierarch has at least probable knowledge of areserved delict, after he has carried out the preliminary investigationhe is to indicate it to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,which unless it calls the case to itself because of specialcircumstances of things, after transmitting appropriate norms, ordersthe ordinary or hierarch to proceed ahead through his own tribunal. Theright of appealing against a sentence of the first instance, whether onthe part of the party or the party's legal representative, or on thepart of the promoter of justice, solely remains valid only to thesupreme tribunal of this congregation.

It must be noted that the criminal action on delicts reserved to theCongregation for the Doctrine of the Faith is extinguished by aprescription of 10 years.(11) The prescription runs according to theuniversal and common law;(12) however, in the delict perpetrated with aminor by a cleric, the prescription begins to run from the day when theminor has completed the 18th year of age.

In tribunals established by ordinaries or hierarchs, the functions ofjudge, promoter of justice, notary and legal representative can validlybe performed for these cases only by priests. When the trial in thetribunal is finished in any fashion, all the acts of the case are to betransmitted ex officio as soon as possible to the Congregation for theDoctrine of the Faith.

All tribunals of the Latin church and the Eastern Catholic churches arebound to observe the canons on delicts and penalties, and also on thepenal process of both codes respectively, together with the specialnorms which are transmitted by the Congregation for the Doctrine of theFaith for an individual case and which are to be executed entirely.Cases of this kind are subject to the pontifical secret.

Through this letter, sent by mandate of the supreme pontiff to all thebishops of the Catholic Church, to superiors general of clericalreligious institutes of pontifical right and clerical societies ofapostolic life of pontifical right, and to other interested ordinariesand hierarchs, it is hoped not only that more grave delicts will beentirely avoided, but especially that ordinaries and hierarchs havesolicitous pastoral care to look after the holiness of the clergy andthe faithful even through necessary sanctions.

The following shows where responsibility lies with a foreignnon-democratic nation who through the distribution of the followingsimply displays its determination to maintain the cover up of the sexualabuses by clergy of women and children and of the global extent of thesecrimes.

We deserve and require your direct action and your direct response asyour silence or obfuscation in regards this matter can only be seen asyour approval or your desire to see these crimes remain unaddressed.

On the occasion of visiting with The Member for Toowoomba South in regards reporting the sexual and other crimes of the Catholic clergy and the defrauding of the people to one of the responsible citizens in our society and a duly elected representative of the people - ever one to keep an eye on the detail and fix things up quickly for a mate who tragically suffers from the tyranny of distance the Member for Toowoomba South tragically has acted in such a manner that it can be honestly and truthfully said that he too is a moral danger and is a moral peril to society as well as to the women and children who have suffered rape and to those who have yet to experience this horror in their lives. Community minded people such as the Member for Toowoomba South and others perhaps would gain from a reminder that aiding and abetting or covering up or protecting known sexual offenders is a crime against our criminal code as is fraud and deception on a grand scale and they should know that they bring their Parliament as well as our entire country into disrepute as quite simply if they refuse to act they are actively laying down a legacy where Australia will be known as the rapist and pedophile enabling capital of the world after Alaska, Italy, and Ireland as the ratio of abused in Australia is greater than in Canada and the United States therefore we must already be somewhere between first and third at the moment. Well done and thanks to our politicians and a Prime Minister who believes the responsibility for the sexual abuse of children belongs in the hands of another non-democratic country which simply cannot after 15 years sign, let alone abide by or implement the Rights of the Child as it has promised to do. Their God must be holding things up at the moment as these men have a direct line and are knowledgeable and educated to know what is his purpose so that they can continue to carry out his will.

It is wonderful that we can so clearly point out to our children that this is simply done for their own good.

The Member for Toowoomba South could contact me if he is after an audience with the Bishop of Toowoomba as through family connections I should be able to arrange something whereby he could his the bishops ring as well as suck him off as so many others appear to have done or he could simply bend over and take what is being done to our country as according to the thinking of the Member for Toowoomba South this is for our own good.

After our recent meeting where you expressed your displeasure due to a friend of yours feeling offended due to the shirt I wore.

The offending shirt - see below.

While you were talking about that I was talking about the sexual abuse of women and children - tens and hundreds of thousands of women and children raped and abused at the hands of clergy.

I wear this shirt because of people like you. Its just that we have different priorities me and you and some of the people I wear this shirt for as they too feel offended by what was done to them. I also find your lack of being able to provide an appropriate response to be offensive as well.

For a real life example in another country if that makes you feel safer - only difference is this lady is an experienced writer (worked for NASA, Hollywood and others) and a very close friend of mine and she is a wonderful loving and caring mother. She lives in America with her daughter and runs several blogs which are followed by clergy abuse victims around the world. She is called The City of Angels Lady - The City of Angels Lady is everywhere - in every country across the world and every city where there is clergy and sexual abuse.

Her name is Kay Ebeling - she has been making history since Woodstock. Her blog starts out with a photo of herself at five years of age which was the last time she has been able to make sense of her life thanks to such supportive and forgiving people in the leading Christian society on the face of the planet - just another sign of how successful the men who represent this God and their accomplices have been.

At age five, 1954, "the Bishop" (Chicago's Cardinal Stritch) stood over me and said, I had to "stop babbling" about what the priest did to me. It took me 40 years to talk about it again. Today, I babble.
