Ill-logical and irrational dealings in Magistrates Courts - is it any wonder we are confused?

Is it any wonder we are confused?
Required to lie as a means of obtaining justice!
How foolish
Is there a need of a rocket scientist to understand when there is foolishness. Is there any wonder our children are confused, is it any wonder we are confused and is it any wonder we become disillusioned when:
It is a matter of routine - simply "because the system is not designed to operate in any other way" that individuals are advised and encouraged to plead guilty to minor offences regardless of their belief of their innocence and at times regardless of the evidence.
They are encouraged by advocates that it is simply more expedient and less damaging to plead this way "because the system is not designed to operate in any other way".
People are subsequently obliged to enter a court room where the truth and facts are meant to be the mainstays of our justice system. They are then obliged to make a false statement to the court - they are simply obliged to lie to the court.
Magistrates know this, police officers know this, legal representatives know this and all refer to it as stupidity or foolish - yet they continue. They continue only because there is no means to bring this understanding to our legislators.
Many argue that this is an abuse of human rights when a legal structure is "designed" or simply operates on the basis of guilt without equal provision for innocence. The human rights of many are traded off for expediency - is it any wonder we are confused? - is it any wonder we are disillusioned?
Do you believe this to be a foolish way for our Magistrates courts to operate?
Do you believe this is a system which can provide justice for the majority of us?
