Already aware of the fact of no medical staff (research this = documents we know religious - other countries the same processes - sisters of mercy) modus operandi
Sisters of Mercy - started in Mackay - moved from Mackay because of the numbers of deaths and illnesses through lack of care and medicals assistance - on the net records of the deaths of the children from Mackay orphanage - see links below
Moved to Rockhampton and allowed to start another orphanage at Neerkol - from Neerkol the documents state that from 1905 to 1920 Approx there were consistent outbreaks of typhoid - still with no medical staff d no govt drs insisting on outside medical staff being brought in to taker the lack of experience/qualified people - a condition of license was to have a trained nurse on the premises for infants (babies) - the Forde inquiry shows that babies died - there for --- there was a responsibility - the lack of medical and compliance (Child protection Act 1911) with lead to the consistent death of children -
Documents held say that the typhoid epidemic was caused through the water supply govtr inspectors, health inspectors plus orphanage inspectors failed the fact that water supply for two decades was neglected 1905 to 1920
Other continuous health problems appeared over an extended period of time including child deaths - doctors refuse to sign death certificate - the police mention of a coroners inquiry (nuns refused to go to appear before coroners inquiry which would be against their religious orders to enter a court) (section 18 of Coroners Act requires) bishop of Rockhampton approached the premier of Qld regarding the difficulty of a nurse being laced within the institution and drs recommending that their license be withdrawn - the premier obliges the bishop
the fact they did put in a nurse from their own order - her qualifications were only a first aid certificate - this did not meet the the requirements of the Act
Water supply for Neerkol was analyzed and only found fit for livestock or irrigation (documentation on this)
From 1970 the govt became obviously aware of the building structure of Neerkol had been and still was full of asbestos which was another health risk to any child that lived on the premises - the govt to inform of these health concerns in subsequent inquiries. - (when did asbestos become a health issue) [water from the creek at Neerkol ran through asbestos water pipes]
2004 after several inquiries governments still did not (QLD to inform Feb of the health risks due to asbestos)
contributing to the deaths of children
Coroners
3 Cemeteries at Neerkol - all with children who dies - all date after the fact of nuns refusing to go to Coroners inquiries
The Forde inquiry mentions the lack of Corners inquiries
Every child that is buried in these cemeteries from this date has been buried illegally (about 50 burials estimated - some were known to have been busied at other places close to Neerkol Gracemere and others
Court procedures
At Neerkol according to the defense lawyer of the accused - many deaths of children were recorded and are still held in the Catholic of Rockhampton and they were written in Latin - there was an infirmary on the premises when these epidemics were occurring - (records from the infirmary) - most church records were written in Latin
Description by govt doctors of the premises was conditions feces human 3ft above the ground running next to kitchen where the food was prepared - all contribution the the detriment of the children
Children were govern the very first contaminated polio vaccines with the contaminant SV40) which the fed govt admitted to distributed these vaccines - the commonwealth CSL admitted it had been instructed to produce such vaccines said inquiries easy they do not know who gave the permission who received it or the people who received it - documents state that Neerkol received it early 1956 - not publicly release until after that date.
Other suspected vaccines were released over decades including (first possibly Typhoid began 1915 till 1970)
None of the vaccines there were administered were there any follower ups regarding the treatment of vaccines and any after or side effects of the vaccines - children at the institution (100 or so) had operation performed on them using chloroform on the pretense of removing tonsils
Govt documents of children in institutions (Dr Gordon) refused to give the documents to the government - when he left he took all the medical files of the children with him

The last death recorded on these pages was 1918 - how many /what others death were there after 1918????
Where were burial made after 1918?
The Forde inquiry made notes of deaths of orphans after 1918 - where are the cemetery locations/death certificates/ coroners of these children deaths
Lawyer for defense (deaths written in Latin in Rockhampton archives - stated within the docs - where are these death references - where are they buried?)
the nuns when they received a child of being notified - to obtain the funding and grants (the gold for eg - if the received J.Smith (registered) the department would send back that his name was not the name id "Jo Blow" - the first person to receive the child was the catholic order itself - they had documentation that went along with the background the child including the name - who was doing the name changes and why so many? )) - were they re-using dead children names?
