Deed of Release

Dear Richard

It's been a week and you have not replied to my email regarding, whether
my so-called deed of release is a gag order. I have heard of many victims world wide receiving gag orders when the church hierarchy want to covered up evils that have been dished out to victims. I was even told by Tim Mulvany that he couldn't get the Vatican involved because no one can make the Vatican accountable. He didn't even try.

Mulvany is protecting the Vatican and the church in Melbourne. Mulvany would have Jesuit literature in his waiting room,,, parading his faith whilst I was a client. Well, the the pope, Pell, Hart and Mulvany keep many practices going back to Medieval times but chivalry is definitely not one of them.

Peter O'Callaghan, Denis Hart, George Pell or any archbishop in the future have taken a life long order against me to prevent me going anywhere near them and also excluding me from going into a cathedral for life. I say again, who was the victim?

Denis Hart wanted me to buy a house and he on my title but the New South Wales Laws prevented him from that action. He got around that problem and still owns those monies. He also has access to my compensation anyway. When I die I have to give him part of that compensation which is $50,000 and I have to be in-contact with him if ever I'm to sell my house. He has created a web for me just to wheeled domination over my life. Tim Mulvany watched this all happening and pressured me into signing the deed of release which has prevented me from leading a life away from what had happened. The deed is very complex as so to trap me.

Also, in my deed of release it is stated that Denis Hart gave me an apology for my suffering but it was a down right lie. The archdiocese of Melbourne under the direction of Denis Hart, gave Whelan an honorary status as "living treasure" during the year of the priest. The archdiocese under the authority of Hart lied about that honorary status to the media. Saying it was a mistake. He has broken his side of the bargain but he wants me to play properly according to any law he has created.

I have just witnessed this week the bullying Hart, Pell and Benedict at the Vatican have bestowed on victims of their crimes. Noreen, a victim of multiple clergy crime and the granddaughter of a Catholic priest is enduring great physical pain due to the emotional abuse from the church. The church tells the media that it gives medical and psychological help to victims if the church has created that problem. Noreen needs special drugs to alleviate pain coursed by the church but the church's Carelink headed by Sue Sharkey and under the direction of Denis Hart, George Pell and Pope Benedict have refused to allow Noreen those drugs to ease her pain and suffering. Even her psychiatrist is aware of the drugs she needs but due to Hart, Benedict and Pell, the Australian tax payer under Medicare have to pay for clergy victims drugs. The Catholic hierarchy refuses to pay for medication that isn't on Medicare allowing tax payers to foot the bill every time. I have tried to help Noreen by contacting Carelink,  Melbourne's Archdiocesan Centre, Towards Healing head office but everyone is at a meeting or the phone goes over to voice mail and nobody gets back to me. Richard, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS SITUATION. I want you Richard to contact Noreen about her problem????????

Well Richard, are you going to speak to me about the years of bullshit and bullying by telling me is this deed for real or is it one big joke? Also, I want Denis Hart, George Pell and Benedict to go back into the courtroom and change this bloody deed and get the three old boys off my back for good.
