Australian press caught flat-footed by the UN

Star reporter misses that there was a hearing at the UN with regard to the global crimes against children committed in the name of the Catholic god.

Australian press core takes the weekend off with not a care in the world for the safety and the protection of children from the toxic fantasies and superstitions of others sidetracked over the weekend over a beer and a BBQ while tutting about what the pope said or might say while in deep and authoritative discussion about their personal advocacy of the few bad apples theory which comes about as a result of their distorted understanding of what an abuse of trust really is.

The momentary flash through the mind that the failure is comprehensive and irredeemable was over-ridden by long ago established patterns of thinking that assists in digressing and diverting from the issues while the drive to proclaim from the roof tops that we should all look to the good works of the Church when in fact the reality is and remains one of prolonged horror, nightmares and psychological entrapment for children.

It's a difficult job and you do the best you can though in Dan's case his best is decidedly lacking on so many levels so as to leave your head spinning trying to follow the agendas and special pleadings of those he aims to please. No Pulitzer this year unless there is a vast improvement resulting in a turn around with a focus on the children, the family, community and the progress and advancement of humanity - once he masters a little of that he might be able to show some of the talent claimed during those sausage sizzling ego boosting self aggrandizing pissing contests.

Editorial agenda may well be the prime cause of this failure towards the children of humanity. Regardless the spine to stand up or against these forms of obfuscation are the things that glue that spine together so that our children will be safe and foremost in our community.
