Unexplained death in Catholic hospital Canada

On behalf of Justice for Magdalenes, an Irish advocacy group campaigning for justice for survivors of Ireland's Magdalene Laundries and other residential institution abuse, we would like to know when a public coroner's report might be expected on the death of William Combes, who died recently in St. Paul's (Catholic) Hospital in Vancouver at the age of 59: possibly of old age, possibly from falling down a flight of stairs, possibly because he was an Indian, or possibly because he was known to have told strange stories about the Indian Residential Schools - specifically the one in Kamloops run by the Roman (Catholic) Church?

We, along with many other victims' rights groups, want answers as to how a perfectly healthy man goes into a Canadian Hospital for routine tests and dies.
